The catering company I work for does all the fancy parties for the Bay Area Elite. I don’t think I’ve worked for a company I love more than this one. I work whenever I feel like working, I eat AWESOME food, I cook with the best chefs, and I get to meet famous people! How can you not love this job???

haha…I thought it was a chinese wedding at first with all the red. Definitely was not.

 

A really expensive wedding cake. That’s Fondant that they use for the ribbons and flowers.

Catering Pimp with a Mohawk

 

Sorbet shaped in the fruit they’re flavored with. AND passed in a heavy ice bowl. Poor waiters…heehee.

 

This sexy leg was made by a groom for his wedding! (it’s proscuitto if you can’t tell) How pimp is that?? He made proscuitto, mortadella, toscano, …they were all SO good! We served it to the guests JUST LIKE THAT! And he had bought an old school slicer off ebay for the other meats. It was cool!
